Responsibleforseveralcustomeraccounts,providinghighlevelcustomerservice.
Facilitatingquotationsandansweringcustomerquestionsandqueriesastheyarise.
Escalatinganyproblematicissuesviathenecessarychannelsandensuringoverallcustomeraccountownershipismaintainedanddeveloped.
Assistingtheexternalbusinessdevelopmentteamtoattainnewcustomersandonboardingnewaccountsintothebusiness.
Responsibilities
- Dealingwithcustomerqueriesandrelayinginformationinatimelymanner,respondingwithinamaximumof24hours.
- Providinghighlevelcustomersupport,ensuringexpectationsaremetandimprovedwherepossible.
- Accountspend/developmenttoagreedtargets.
- Supportingwithforecastingandbudgetsetting.
- Ensuringcustomersatisfactionisdeliveredandsurpassed.
- Assistingexternalsalesteamtodevelopandgrownewaccounts.
- Orderinput/processing,uponthedateofreceiptandacknowledgingreceiptoforderwithin24hours.
- Quotationinput,dissemination,collation,andanalysistoagreedtimelines.
- Liaisingwithotherdepartmentstoensurerequirementsareprocessedwithintherequiredtimescales.
- Confidenttoescalatemattersandhaveacandoattitude.
- ProblemSolving,recommendingsolutionsorimprovementswherepossible.
Experience:
- Customerservice/Accountmanagementprovenexperience.
- Knowledgeoforpreviousexperienceworkinginthecontractelectronicmanufacturing(PCBAssembly)and/ortheelectroniccomponentindustry.
- officeenvironment;requiressignificantuseoftelephoneandcomputerprogrammesMicrosoftword,excel,outlook,ERP,etc.
